Not necessarily. We deliver everything pre-set and ready for immediate use. For larger events, we can also provide an on-site technician who will ensure smooth operation.

We recommend having headphones for 80-100% of expected guests. The exact number depends on the type of event, but it's always better to have a reserve.

We deliver throughout the Czech Republic. The delivery price depends on the distance from our warehouse and the range of equipment supplied.

The price depends primarily on the number of headphones and the duration of the rental. The more headphones, the more favorable the price per unit. Delivery and any additional services are added to the basic price.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, if you are using SilentBeat services for the first time, we require a deposit of 50% of the price to confirm the reservation. The rest is paid before the equipment is handed over.

What if I cancel the order?

If cancelled more than 30 days before the event, we return the deposit. If cancelled less than 30 days before the event, the cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit, i.e., 50% of the price. If cancelled less than 14 days before the event, the cancellation fee is set at 80% of the price. If cancelled less than 7 days before the event, the cancellation fee is set at 100% of the price. However, we always try to be helpful and find a mutually beneficial solution first.

What if I damage the headphones?

In case of damage or loss of headphones, we charge a replacement fee of 1,500 CZK per unit.
